Kick-Start Me is an 8-week personalised nutrition coaching program that includes a done-for-you meal plan built around foods you choose, so you can lose fat, boost energy and stay consistent without tracking everything yourself.

This program is ideal if want clear direction with support and adjustments handled for you.

How the 8 weeks work

Weeks 1–4: Follow the plan
You’re given a personalised, macro-balanced meal plan to remove decision fatigue and get results moving quickly.

Weeks 5–8: Supported flexibility
Guided tracking and light flexibility are introduced so you can understand what’s working and make simple adjustments with support.

  • You’ll receive 4 days of a personalised, macro-balanced meal plan, built around foods you choose and enjoy.

    This structure is designed to remove guesswork and decision fatigue, so you can focus on consistency without tracking or overthinking every meal.

    Meals are created using foods you already like, selected from my macro-friendly recipe library, making it easy to repeat meals, swap options and fit the plan into real life.

  • In the second half of the program, we introduce light flexibility and guided tracking so you can understand what’s working and learn how to make simple adjustments with support.

    Tracking is introduced gradually and used as a learning tool, not a forever requirement.

  • You’ll complete a thorough, holistic nutrition assessment that allows me to tailor your program to you. This assessment helps determine your starting FLEX phase, key habits to prioritise, daily biofeedback markers, and your personalised calorie and macro targets to support your aesthetic, performance or longevity goals.

  • Weekly check-ins provide ongoing support and accountability throughout the program. We’ll review your progress, how your body is responding, and overall consistency, then make thoughtful adjustments to keep results moving in a way that fits your lifestyle.

    Support is provided through a shared weekly lifestyle journal, with voice or call support used when helpful.

  • Access a growing library of macro-friendly recipes so you can swap meals, repeat favourites, or add variety without overthinking your food choices.
