  • Weeks 1–4: Follow the plan
    You’ll receive 4 days of a personalised, macro-balanced meal plan built around foods you enjoy plus meals from the 100+ recipe vault.

    The goal is simple: remove guesswork, build consistency and start seeing how good eating well can actually feel, without tracking every bite.

    Weeks 5–8: Supported flexibility
    We introduce light tracking as a learning tool, not a forever requirement. You'll start to understand what's working, how to make simple adjustments and how to eat flexibly without losing progress. By the end you'll have the foundations to keep going confidently on your own, or continue into the Transform Me program for deeper refinement.

  • Before you begin, we review your goals, lifestyle and habits to determine your starting calorie and macro targets.

    This ensures your plan is tailored to you, not a generic template.

  • Each week we review your progress, consistency and how your body is responding.

    Adjustments are made as needed to keep you moving forward in a way that fits your real life.

    Support is provided through a shared lifestyle journal, with voice or call support when helpful.

  • Use the recipe vault to swap meals, repeat favourites or add variety without overthinking your food choices.

    This creates a strategy built around how you live, not just numbers on paper.

  • Each week we review your progress, biofeedback and MyFitnessPal data via voice message, and video calls when you prefer.

    Targets are adjusted based on how your body is responding so you continue moving forward.

  • You’ll learn how to use MyFitnessPal as a practical tool for awareness, consistency and informed decision-making.

    Your diary is reviewed during check-ins so we can make informed changes as your body responds.

  • This program isn’t just about food.

    We use a shared lifestyle tracker to monitor markers such as hunger, energy, sleep and cycle response to ensure your plan supports performance, and allows us to fine-tune your approach based on how your body is actually responding.

  • You’ll receive practical meal structure guidance plus access to the macro-friendly recipe vault to support consistency across work weeks, social events and travel.

  • An optional 6-week macro-friendly meal plan ebook is available if you’d like extra structure at any stage during the program.

  • Everything happens via Messenger or Instagram message. You'll fill in your lifestyle journal daily, which we both have access to, and officially check in weekly with an update: how the week went, how you're feeling, any challenges. I'll respond with feedback, adjustments and guidance, usually via voice message, and the option for a video call if you’d prefer this. It's flexible by design, built around your life, not mine.

  • I'm available for check-ins and responses during evenings and lunchtimes weekdays, and on weekends. Because most of our communication is async via direct messages, you don't need to match my schedule. You send your update when it suits you and I'll get back to you within my available hours.

  • The setup fee covers your full initial assessment, your personalised macro targets, your first done-for-you meal plan and the onboarding process. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

  • This is exactly what the weekly check-ins are for. If something isn't working we adjust it, your plan is never static. If you feel stuck at any point, I always encourage you to reach out between check-ins and we'll troubleshoot together.

  • No. The meal plan is a guide, not a rulebook. The FLEX Method is built around flexibility — you learn to work with your targets in a way that fits your actual life, including weekends, social events and the days when nothing goes to plan.

  • Absolutely, that's exactly what Kick-Start Me is designed for! You don't need any prior knowledge. By the end of the program you'll understand your body and your food in a way that lasts well beyond our time working together.
