Using Woolworths' 50% lower carb, high-protein pizza base, lamb shoulder, pepperoni slices,and fresh veggies, you get a delicious, muscle-building meal in under 20 minutes!
Lamb & pepperoni pizza.
Ingredients
- 1 Woolworths 50% lower carb high protein pizza base 
- 70g lamb shoulder, pre-cooked 
- 15g pepperoni 
- 70g mushrooms, slided 
- 100g green capsicum, sliced 
- 15g Light ‘n’ Tasty cheese, grated 
- 30g passata 
Method
- Preheat oven to 200°C (fan-forced). 
- Spread passata evenly over the pizza base. 
- Spread the lamb and pepperoni over the base 
- Layer on the mushrooms and capsicum, 
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the top. 
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until cheese is melted and edges are golden. 
- Slice and enjoy the whole thing!
