What if I’m busy or not much of a cook?
Meals are quick (15–25 minutes), family-friendly, and include batch-cooking strategies.
Do I need to cook separate meals for my family?
Nope! Recipes are adaptable so everyone can enjoy them.
Do I need to track macros?
No, it’s all done for you. Each recipe has macros listed.
Can I join if I’m travelling or eating out?
Yes! The plan includes guidance on swaps and eating-out tips.

How do I join the WhatsApp group?
You’ll get a private invite link after purchase. This is where you’ll find support, accountability and coaching prompts from me.
Do we get a check-in with you?
Yes, at the end of the challenge you’ll have a 1:1 check-in with me.
What happens after the 8 weeks?
You’ll walk away with confidence, structure and clear options to continue working with me if you choose.
Do you offer refunds?
Because the plan is digital, refunds aren’t available once your plan is sent. You’ll still have full support through the group and your coaching check-in.
